That little die-cast Pagani? It IS the Pagani Huayra
We’ve had a little blat of activity over the last week or so on the replacement for the Pagani Zonda – the car we have known until recently only by its Pagani codename – the Pagani C9. Yesterday we ran a story that reported Pagani registering the name Pagani Huayra with EU trademark agencies, which we thought may point to the name for the C9.

Caterham may be planning an assault on the mainstream car market with an SUV and a City Car, but it’s not forgetting its roots, with a new entry-level 7 in the mix and now a new range-topping 7 – the Caterham 620R. The Caterham 620R is heading for Goodwood this week for a debut – and consigning the current R500 to the history bin in the process – as the most powerful road going car Caterham have ever produced. The power comes from the same 2.0 litre Supercharged Ford engine as the R500, but in the 620R the wick has been turned up to 11, with 310bhp on offer, enough to scoot the 500kg 620R to 62mph in just 2.8 seconds.
As initially reported, Mercedes-Benz will reveal its replacement for the aging CLK coupe at the forthcoming Geneva Motor Show. Called the E-Class Coupé, the new two-door has a distinctly sportier overall aesthetic than the sedan it's based on and the model it replaces. The front face is virtually identical to that of the sedan, but the rhomboid-shaped headlamps have more incisive contours for a more dynamic look.
